If this is your first session with Stacy, please select “New Client Initial Session” when booking your first appointment.
Initial sessions are ninety minutes-two hours. This allows us adequate time to discuss your current needs and goals for the session and to offer treatment.

Service Rates
Rates for at time of service in-person sessions:
60 minutes -$120
90 minutes - $165
Two hour - $220
Distance Healing session:
Initial sessions: 75 minutes for $145
Includes initial intake, treatment & a post treatment conversation.Follow-up session: 1 Hour $120
Discounts Offered:
Senior Discounts $10 per session
Student Discounts $10 per session
Sliding Scale rates are available if the asking price is a barrier to receiving care.
*Time of service payments and co-pays are due at the time of service. These rates are charged to anyone paying at time of service and not requesting that the additional service of insurance billing.
Payment options
At time of service payments for in-person sessions: Cash, Check, Zelle or Venmo are accepted. Credit cards are accepted via Stripe.

Insurance
Treatment for injury due to Motor Vehicle Accidents
Billing is available for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims for Oregon drivers. Auto Insurance claims are accepted for payment.* The patient is responsible for any fees not covered by insurance.
Out-of-Network Insurance
Stacy is not contracted with most of the majority of insurance company’s.It may be possible to be reimbursed by your insurance company for acupuncture or massage treatments.
Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire if you have any "out-of-network" acupuncture or massage benefits.If you would like to be reimbursed by your insurance for "out-of-network" acupuncture or massage therapy benefits, payment is required at the time of the service. A "superbill" can be provided that you send in to your insurance for reimbursement.
Treatment Packages
Discounted Rates for Treatment Packages:
Receive $5 off each one hour session when prepaying for 3 or more sessions.
$10 discount per 75 minute and 90 minute sessions when prepaying for 3 or more sessions.
Policies

Full Payment is due at the time of treatment. A cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. The full fee payment is required for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. If you do not arrive for your appointment within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be considered canceled.

All deposits for workshops are non-refundable. The remaining balance for workshops is due 30 days before the scheduled workshop date unless prior payment arrangements have been made. If the workshop balance is not paid in full 30 days prior to the event date, your space may be given to a student on the wait-list and the deposit forfeited. Please communicate with us via e-mail if there are any issues with timely payment; we want to work with you to ensure you can attend the event. If submitting a withdrawal of your workshop registration with less than 30 days prior to the start of the event, a refund less the deposit amount will be issued only if a replacement can be found from the waiting list. If no replacement is available, the entire tuition is non-refundable.
Continuing education courses offered are for qualified practitioners, who are practicing within the scope of their profession and within the legal parameters of their place of practice. It is your obligation to know the requirements of the state in which you are practicing. The courses offered cannot be used as primary education or as educational hours towards initial licensure or certification. By registering for these courses you understand this statement and attest that you are qualified in your field and that you are practicing within all legal regulations with regards to professional massage and bodywork practice in your own state or country.
We reserve the right to cancel classes not meeting minimum participant requirements by 28 days before the class. If the class is cancelled for any reason, all class fees paid will be refunded. It is strongly advised to confirm with the organizer that the class has a minimum number of students registered before making nonrefundable travel reservations.

Everyone that comes to receive treatment is inspired to do so for their own personal reasons.
In general, this work is received to support on-going self care.
A readiness for change is also a common motive for those seeking this work. The change sought could be a change in the experience of the physical body, the emotional state or spiritual connection.
In addition to supportive changes, receiving this care regularly acts as resource for the maintenance of health and prevention of dis-ease.
