Biodynamic Touch

2nd segment - SENSATION & PERCEPTION

The practice of Biodynamic Touch is an evolving practice within the field of healing. The roots of this practice are connected to a very old tree composed of many expressions of hands-on healing. The methodology applied stems primarily from in-depth study of Biodynamic Craniosacral combined with years of investigation into the varied pathways of personal healing, self growth and supportive application of therapeutic touch for the health and well-being of others.

  • This workshop is for those who have previously attended the Foundations course.

Sensation and Perception : Enlivening the Realms of Biodynamic Touch

In this course we will revisit the groundwork laid in the previous course and build upon the foundation created. Refinement of ones ability to tend to the interface within oneself and in relationship with another is continued. New considerations will highlight how ones perception of sensations are influenced by the relational landscape. Opportunity will be provided to investigate and strengthens ones ability to sense and perceive what is presenting during the therapeutic process.

The tending of the neutral witness acts as the active resource that aides the transformation and transfiguration that transpires during the healing process.

This course is intended to support the strengthening of the neutral observer who’s role is to witness what is presented moment to moment and in so doing provide opportunity for life affirming change.

The Foundations course provided the groundwork for the cultivation of internal awareness, our interoceptive abilities, and strengthened the ability to tend to our inner landscape while in relational connectivity. In this course we begin to straddle our attentive awareness between self and other a bit more to receive more information with our sense-ability during the treatment process. Treatment skills are enhanced by engaging with the movement at stillness that presents at various listening points in the body (ie: bones, muscles, blood vessels, fascia etc.)

Biodynamic Touch is beneficial for healthcare practitioners such as craniosacral practitioners, massage therapists, Reiki practitioners, nurses, ND's, MD's, physical therapists, yoga teachers, acupuncturists, psychologists, chiropractors, social workers, psilocybin facilitators & psychedelic therapists and others to apply in their area of expertise.

The content of this course is influenced by the foundational principles that are at the core of osteopathic medicine and Biodynamic & Visionary Craniosacral Therapy and includes experiential tools shared by various teachers that have influenced the study of Self and Energy Awareness.

  • Magical

I truly enjoyed the essence of sacred space you created, the relaxed way you taught and attuned with your easy trust in the organic unfolding process and the intuitive way you have of guiding adequate timing for topics, the patience for processing and the sense of when to take breaks. I was able to receive downloads clearly and easily and felt a strong sense of trust in being able to discuss whatever came up along the way. Thank you!

  • Structure & Flow

I found it very well planned. All topics seemed to fluently build upon each other through the course of the day. There was a seamless flow of transitions between information taught, allowance for processing, discussions and adequate timing for breaks to ground and re-energize. Nicely orchestrated!

  • Professionalism & Flow

The instruction was very thorough & Stacy always checked in about how I was feeling and if I had questions. All the information was very clear & the format flowed well from section to section.

  • Experience as a whole

I felt very ready to receive this knowledge & although it seemed like a lot of information to take in it felt very natural to practice it & in no way was overwhelming. I’m eager to now practice more and share with others.

  • Significant Moments

Honestly I think just connecting with other people in this world is the best, most significant part for me. It served as a reminder how important touch is, as well as being deeply seen and heard.

  • Gratitude

Thank you for the depth of your lessons, attention & guidance. I’m so grateful for this experience. And I had so much fun! :)

  • Take aways to apply in daily life

Trusting myself more and moving toward the quiet within myself and others.
